What we do
Services Built for the Realities of African Exploration
Four core disciplines. One integrated team. Delivered to the technical standards the industry demands.
We don't offer a menu of loosely connected services. Every capability we carry was built to support a single outcome: getting your exploration programme from licence to data package with the least friction and the highest technical integrity. Whether you need one discipline or all four, you get the same team, the same standards, and the same accountability.
01
Exploration Surveys
Precision geophysics and sampling from first-pass to drill-ready.
We design and execute airborne and ground geophysical surveys, soil and rock sampling programmes, and remote sensing interpretation across a wide range of commodities and geological settings. Our survey teams operate across southern and sub-Saharan Africa, delivering data packages that meet international reporting standards.
- Airborne magnetic, gravity and radiometric surveys
- Ground geophysical surveys (IP, EM, magnetics)
- Soil and rock chip sampling programmes
- Remote sensing and satellite imagery interpretation
- Drill target generation and ranking
- Data QA/QC and final reporting
Commodities: Diamonds · Gold · PGMs · Coal · Iron Ore · Copper · Base Metals
02
Site Execution
End-to-end drill programme management in remote and complex environments.
We take full responsibility for on-site execution of drill programmes — from contractor procurement and mobilisation through to core handling, sampling, and demobilisation. Our site managers are experienced in remote logistics, HSE compliance, and the operational realities of working in southern and central Africa.
- Drill contractor procurement and management
- Site establishment and camp logistics
- Core and chip logging and sampling
- QAQC programme design and implementation
- HSE compliance and incident management
- Progress reporting and client liaison
Commodities: All commodities · RC and diamond drilling · Remote and greenfields settings
03
Geological Assessment
Rigorous interpretation that turns raw data into investment-grade conclusions.
Our geologists provide detailed geological mapping, structural analysis, and resource estimation services to SAMREC and JORC standards. We work with junior explorers and major mining houses alike, providing the technical rigour that underpins financing decisions, feasibility studies, and regulatory submissions.
- Systematic geological mapping and structural analysis
- Lithogeochemical sampling and interpretation
- Resource estimation to SAMREC / JORC standards
- Competent Person reporting
- Due diligence and technical audit
- Feasibility study geological input
Commodities: All commodities · Inferred through measured resource classification
04
Project Management
Programme oversight that keeps budgets intact and timelines on track.
We provide end-to-end project management for exploration programmes of all scales — from single-phase first-pass surveys to multi-year, multi-discipline programmes. Our project managers are technically qualified geologists who understand the work, not just the schedule, which means problems are caught early and resolved without escalation.
- Programme scoping and budget development
- Contractor and vendor management
- Schedule management and critical path analysis
- Stakeholder and client reporting
- Regulatory and permitting coordination
- Close-out reporting and data handover
Commodities: All commodities · All programme scales · Single and multi-phase
How We Work
A straightforward process designed to get programmes moving quickly and keep them on track.
Programme Scoping
We start with a detailed brief — your licence area, commodity, objectives, and timeline. We then develop a programme scope and budget for your review.
Mobilisation
Once scope is agreed, we move fast. Contractor procurement, permitting, logistics, and site establishment are handled by our team.
Execution
Our field teams execute to the agreed programme with daily reporting, rigorous QAQC, and proactive issue management throughout.
Data Delivery
On completion, you receive a full data package — interpreted results, resource estimates where applicable, and recommendations for next steps.
